The bold and romantic Aquabella™ style, inspired by Southern Mediterranean and European architecture, complement the landforms and environment of the Moreno Valley. While not tied to any particular style, the community’s architecture is mostly informed by the Italianate design. In keeping with the picturesque movement in Italian art and architecture, the Aquabella™ style reflects a shift away from a more formal direction to a more relaxed but refined casual elegance.

Wall massing is simple and window elements are ordered. There are articulated chimney tops, decorative brackets that define the eaves, and shallow pitch roofs.

The result is a truly eclectic, classic style, which allows for classical or contemporary interpretations.
